本機是以磨料為工作介質(zhì),以壓縮空氣為動力,磨料和壓縮空氣在加壓罐內(nèi)加壓后,再由砂閥處加速后,將磨料引射到噴槍內(nèi)噴射到工件表面,達到預(yù)期的噴砂加工目的。
1.氣路工作原理
進入干噴砂機的壓縮空氣氣源分為二路:一路進入加壓罐,用于對磨料進行加壓,以完成噴砂加工,通過過濾器對壓縮空氣進行油、水過濾,通過減壓閥可調(diào)節(jié)進入噴槍的壓縮空氣壓力,通過電磁閥控制壓縮空氣的開啟和關(guān)閉;一路用于清理工件表面和噴砂艙內(nèi)的滯砂(積灰)。
2.砂路工作原理
磨料預(yù)先放置在加壓罐中(打開機艙門,往機艙內(nèi)加入15—25kg磨料),當啟動氣路電磁閥后,加壓罐頂閥浮起,關(guān)閉加砂口,磨料在加壓罐內(nèi)混合加壓后壓往下部調(diào)砂閥,在調(diào)砂閥處經(jīng)壓縮空氣加速后噴射出噴槍,即可對工件進行噴砂加工。
3.除塵器工作原理
除塵器與分離器用吸塵管連接,當啟動除塵風(fēng)機后,在噴砂機艙內(nèi)形成負壓,外部空氣通過進氣口補充給噴砂艙,然后通過回砂管路進入分離器后再被除塵器風(fēng)機抽入除塵器,如此形成了連續(xù)的氣體循環(huán)流動,在流動氣體的作用下,漂浮在噴砂艙內(nèi)的粉塵隨著氣流沿連接管路進入除塵機組,經(jīng)過過濾袋過濾后,落入集灰斗,經(jīng)過過濾后的潔凈空氣通過除塵風(fēng)機排風(fēng)口排出;打開除塵箱底部的蓋即可收集粉塵。
