電控柜由鋼板彎折而成，防水、防塵且具有一定的強(qiáng)度，能支撐電器開(kāi)關(guān)、變頻器、PLC等器件并起到保護(hù)作用，表面經(jīng)防腐處理。
系統(tǒng)由斷路器、變頻器、PLC、傳感器及智能儀表組成，加上必要的連接導(dǎo)線及附件，組成能滿足清洗機(jī)的工作條件、操作方便且性能優(yōu)越。
清洗機(jī)的控制由斷路器作電源開(kāi)關(guān)，變頻器和PLC組成控制模塊做功能調(diào)節(jié)，將壓力和流量信號(hào)變換后根據(jù)工作需要對(duì)變頻器作加速、減速的指令傳遞，并作故障報(bào)警用。
清洗機(jī)水壓測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)入控制模塊后，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作的水槍數(shù)量增加或減少，由變頻器來(lái)自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)的水泵電機(jī)的輸出，滿足現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作需要的水壓和流量。
工作原理：
電源開(kāi)關(guān)：空氣斷路器合上接通380V/50Hz電源，清洗機(jī)準(zhǔn)備工作。
控制模塊(PLC和變頻器)：實(shí)時(shí)接收外部信號(hào)并根據(jù)水槍的開(kāi)關(guān)和清洗機(jī)的壓力變化以達(dá)到水槍開(kāi)自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)，水槍增加自動(dòng)提高水泵電機(jī)的輸出(或者水槍減少自動(dòng)降低水泵電機(jī)的輸出)，所有水槍關(guān)閉后延時(shí)停機(jī)。
壓力開(kāi)關(guān)：實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)管內(nèi)的微差壓力變化并將開(kāi)關(guān)信號(hào)輸出到控制模塊。
壓力變送器：實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)清洗機(jī)的壓力變化并轉(zhuǎn)化為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào)輸出到控制模塊。

Working principle:
Power switch: air circuit breaker close connected 380V/50Hz power, cleaning preparations.

Pressure switch: real-time monitoring tube differential pressure changes and the switch signal output to a control module.
Pressure transmitter: real-time monitoring of cleaning machine pressure changes and transformed into standard signal is output to the control module.
